Over last 20 years, I successfully headed and delivered various Clinical NHS projects to Greater Manchester Population. Recent Forward view NHS plan enables the shift of Clinical care from secondary to Primary care. Headed various Board meetings involving commissioning, clinical and professional leadership, Local Care Organisations and Federation of Primary care GP practices to secure a financially viable, sustainable and clinically safe integrated NHS.

Has spent the greater part of her working life in Private Sector as a Human Resources Professional. She has worked in many countries in the world gaining a great understanding of the challenges of Race, Ethnicity and Diversity and social challenges.

Over the last 6 years she has worked as both a volunteer and paid in Social Prescribing and charity organisations. During Covid she was leading a team of volunteers to ensure that the residents of the Rochdale Borough maintained the services they relied upon. This included social isolation contact for people, food support, benefits, and economic support. These skills have now taken her to the next journey of working with Dr Shahid in Healing Humanity International.

She is working throughout the borough to drive the charity and work with many other organizations to embed integration of health and social care. She is based at Rochdale Road medical centre where the first integrated charity was launched.
